Definitions. “Product” means any online course, digital download, membership, or related digital content we sell on this site.

What you’re buying. You’re purchasing access to a Product delivered online via our website/platform.

Eligibility. You must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian’s consent.

Accounts & Access.

• Your login is personal; don’t share it.
• We may suspend accounts for misuse (e.g., sharing, piracy, abuse, illegal activity).

Prices & Taxes.

• Prices are shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, include VAT applicable to your billing country.
• You’re responsible for any local taxes/duties not collected at checkout.

Refunds & Withdrawal (EU).

Intellectual Property.

• You may not copy, resell, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without written permission.

Course changes. We may update modules, fix errors, add/remove lessons, or change features to improve quality.

Results & disclaimers. We teach techniques and best practices; results vary. No guarantees of outcomes or earnings.

Prohibited use. Don’t upload unlawful content, infringe rights, or attempt to hack/scrape/reverse-engineer the service.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect/special/consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

Governing law & venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights (you may bring proceedings in your EU country of residence).

4) Refund & Withdrawal Policy (EU – EN)

Digital content & immediate access. Our courses are digital content delivered online. If you choose immediate access at checkout, you expressly consent to delivery starting right away and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).

If you did not consent to immediate access. EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by sending a clear statement or the Model Withdrawal Form below. We will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. We may deduct amounts for content already supplied at your request. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

Our goodwill help. If you have technical issues we cannot resolve within 7 days, contact [email protected] for assistance or a refund.
